Wow, this promises to be an epic year with a huge number of teams. With so many teams to check in, please help us by arriving punctually & “ready to hike” complete with health form and all items listed on the equipment list (see website). Health forms are available to download from the equipment list.

Changes for this year include a new Service Crew stop at Jevington and parking charges now apply at Firle – please purchase a ticket on the day.

A reminder that the “Waghorne Trophy” will be presented to a Service Crew who the organisers decide are the most deserving of recognition, anyone can nominate.

Downsman Awards Ceremony

The presentation of trophies, medals and badges will take place on Sunday 8th October at 11.00 hours in the sports hall at:

Plumpton College, Ditchling Road, Plumpton, East Sussex, BN7 3AE.

If you are unable to come, you will need to make arrangements for others to collect medals on your behalf or to collect from the Organiser at a later date.

The team Tally Cards can also be returned to the teams at the ceremony.
